Major Appliance Home Delivery Checklist & Guidelines

• Double‑check all measurements prior to purchase and delivery. (Measure Twice, Delivery & Install Once.)
• Verify the specs of your new appliance will actually fit in the intended space.
• Ensure all doorways, hallways or stairwells on the delivery path can accommodate the appliance.
• Clear the path of any obstacles—furniture, décor or personal items.
• If you're installing a refrigerator, have a cooler ready and remove all food from the old unit.

Standard First‑Floor Delivery & Installation

Coverage: Within 20 miles of store. Definition: First floor = 5 steps or fewer. Included: Unbox, setup, connect (access within 6 ft). Excluded: Plumbing, electrical, countertop or flooring alterations; must have working valves/outlets. Additional labor (non‑standard fittings, cord extensions) is extra, on a case‑by‑case basis. Beyond 20 miles (up to 45 mi) add $1.30/mile.
