What is an Open Box/Scratch & Dent Appliance?

Scratch & Dent appliances are machines that acquired a scratch or dent on the appliance in transit from the factory. The minimal cosmetic defect allows us to discount an otherwise perfectly working appliance up to 60% off retail value. Machines are out of box, but most will still have shrink wrap attached from the factory. 

All machines are tested before becoming available for purchase. Additionally, we provide a free one year warranty on all appliance purchases. 

Are you open to the public?

We are open to the public: 
MONDAY - SATURDAY
10AM - 4PM

Outside of normal business hours, we can be available by appointment - CALL/TEXT

If you purchase from our online store, we will reach out to you to set up a pickup time or you can come by Monday - Saturday 10AM - 4PM. 

Our store is PICK UP or LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY via third party services.

Do you offer delivery and installation services?

We offer local delivery & install only. Please contact us for current rates.

If you will be picking up and transporting your new appliances yourself, please bring your own tie downs, tarps, or moving blankets to ensure a safe transport. 

Additionally, we can hold your purchased appliances in store for up to 7 days if you need to arrange transport.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our products are sold "as is" with a free one year warranty through a third party company. Extensions to the warranty are available at an additional fee.

Some appliance brands come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. 

Every appliance we sell WILL HAVE a warranty of some kind.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We accept returns within 120 hours (5 days) of purchase. Appliances must be returned in the same condition as they were at time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for facilitating the return of the appliance to our store.

IMPORTANT: We ask that you take accurate measurements of your space BEFORE purchase to ensure the appliance will have a proper fit.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer third party financing with an easy application and quick results.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash or credit/debit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover). We do NOT accept checks of any kind.
